Privacy notice

How this website collects and uses information. Last updated 3 October 2026.

This notice covers the Omni Health Platform marketing website. It does not cover the Omni platform itself or any clinic's patient portal; each clinic provides its own notice of privacy practices to its patients.

Who we are

Omni Health Platform is built and operated by Diversified Business Management ("we", "us"). We make software for licensed healthcare organizations.

What we collect and why

When you request a demo

The demo form doesn't send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with your name, work email, practice name, specialty and number of locations filled in. If you send that email, we receive what you sent and use it to reply and arrange the demo. Please don't include any patient or health information.

When you browse

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, how they arrived, and which buttons and questions they select. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We have turned off Google's advertising features and signals, and we don't run advertising on this site.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics doesn't load at all.

In the partner room

After you sign in to the partner room, a strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It holds no personal information.

What we don't collect

This website doesn't collect health information, doesn't sell personal information, and doesn't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes information for us

How long we keep it

We keep demo emails for as long as we need them to talk with you about Omni. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
